Zoras is excited to welcome Friederun Carlitz to the Zoras Team. Friederun is a senior architect with in-depth knowledge of project management and will support us in the successful planning and implementation of our landscape designs in India.
January 2026 – Zoras LUD is appointed as landscape architects for 16.5 acres (6.7 hectares) Jindal Steel – Staff Housing project at Pataranga, Odisha, India.
The landscape proposals for this project sensitively retains the existing natural wetland features and processes thereby, retaining its ecological balance and raw beauty.
The week long event started off with an inspirational talk by India fashion guru Prasad Bidapa. This was followed by dozens of workshops and seminars facilitated by the faculty and external experts. Exhibitions of student’s work featured some of the best student’s work. The event culminated with a fashion show cum competition. Faculty and students left exhausted and inspired.
This sustainable greening project transformed a former airport in the heart of Riyadh to contribute to climate improvement and re-establishing biodiversity.

Zoras has completed Concept to Detail Design 100% of the landscape proposals for the 10 acres Phase II of the BIETC Campus as part of a multidisciplinary design team. The team is awaiting the go-ahead for the project to go on-site soon.
Previously, Zoras had developed the landscape proposals for the 23 acres for the BIETC Campus – Phase I, part of the larger 43 acres site, located at Aerospace Park, Devanahalli abutting the Kempegowda International Airport boundary.
Anja Zaidi together with the Design Guardians of King Salman Park, Riyadh has brought the soil scientists to the site for an intensive two week site visit and many workshops.
Zoras is developing the landscape concept for a joint family home in close coordination with the family.
