Pranjal Pitre will be leading the design and coordination of the landscape concept development to construction documentation and management for this 26000 sqft private residence. The site is strategically located in the heart of Central Bengaluru, in close proximity to UB City and Cubbon Park. Its central location provides excellent access to major parts of the city.
Surrounded by prominent landmarks such as Vidhana Soudha, High Court of Karnataka, Cubbon Park and M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, the site sits within one of Bengaluru’s most established civic and commercial precincts.
The surrounding neighbourhood also offers a strong mix of premium retail, hospitality, dining, offices and recreational amenities, making the site highly accessible and well integrated within.
