Sheeraz Zaidi UDPgDip, MLA, B.Arch is a Regional Director of Zoras LUD. He has over 20 years of international experience in education and consultancy for major urban development and regeneration projects predominantly in the UK, India, and worldwide.

Sheeraz is an experienced landscape architect, architect and urbanist with a core qualification in Architecture. His competence in conceptual and strategic design and research, paired with his interest in the integration of landscape and architecture are his key drivers.

This holistic approach has provided Sheeraz the opportunity to take a leading role in several complex and high-profile projects of public realm regeneration, parks, residential, corporate, commercial and mixed-use projects, across a range of scales and budgets. He has developed a strong reputation for his client liaison and stakeholder management skills.

He has a particular interest in the delivery of elevated landscapes, being responsible for leading the designs of several innovative rooftop gardens, including Page 3, JP Greens.

In addition to design practice, Sheeraz has teaching and research links on architecture and landscape architecture in the UK, India and Germany. This includes his current position as Dean, Acharya NRV School of Design, Bangalore (since 2024), Principal, Acharya NRV School of Architecture, Bangalore, India (2017 – 2021), Prof. Design Chair Acharya NRV School of Architecture, Bangalore (2014 – 2017), visiting critic at the Department of Landscape Architecture, Greenwich University & Anhalt University.
