Situated in Greater Noida Extension, India, Blue Sapphire Plaza is included in the Greater Noida Development Authority’s development plan 2020. The site covers an area of 6 acres of Land and provides office, retail, entertainment, hospitality as well as service apartments for the existing predominantly residential neighbourhood.
Our proposal translates the architectural theme of the Blue Sapphire into the landscape design. It encompasses Lower Groundfloor shopping Mall; Access Landscape at Groundfloor; Restaurant and Entertainment as well as Banquet and Leisure Terraces.
The development includes retail shops, luxury commercial office spaces. food courts, restaurants, multiplex, gym and a large entertainment area.
Zoras designed the exterior and interior groundfloor and lower groundfloor space as well as terrace landscapes at multiple levels as a series of interconnected, flexible spaces to host a variety activities and events.

Zoras’ design role at Blue Sapphire Plaza was also to deliver a high quality decluttered setting for the building at street level. This has resulted in an accessible and welcoming open space at the base of the building.
