Friederun is a Senior Architect with more than 10 years of professional experience internationally as an architect and project manager. She has worked across all stages of project cycle (architecture: HOAI project phases 1-9) and project management – in particular: from concept phase to realisation; development of construction drawings; tendering and contract award; project implementation and presentation.

She has experience with Establishment and control of time schedules, management of process flows, cost calculation, organisation and chairing of project meetings (in-house and external), coordination of project stakeholders (e.g.: builders; electrical engineering – heating, ventilation, plumbing and end users). Her excellent communication skills enable her to communicate effectively with the project team, design team and stakeholders.

Through her medical training (undergraduate studies at LMU Munich), she has gained a thorough understanding of the requirements of healthcare projects. She further developed this expertise during the planning and implementation of institutional buildings in her previous role.
