This 1.2 acre high-end luxury residential development is located at the South-Western periphery of the Jaypee Greens golf course, Greater Noida. It is currently under construction and will profit from its immediate proximity to the Golf Course with long views across the golf course landscape and quick access to all its amenities. The golf course is operational since June 2000. The course is an 18-hole Greg Norman championship layout. It has transformed a flat site into a gently undulating landscape with lakes and wetlands and open and closed woodlands, understory scrublands and rough-grassed areas.

Architects Aedas envisaged a terraced building with large private terrace gardens for the corner units and large balconies for all other units facing the golf course. Zoras designed these private outdoor spaces as contemporary patios with pool, wooden deck and seating, accentuated by topiary trees and ornamental potted planting.
